Researching Police Disability

I'm doing some important research to build a profile of disabled policevets. I need your help. If you are disabled please provide the following information:

• At what age were you disabled?
• What was the cause of injury? (MVA, Assault, firearm rather than the details)
• At the time you became disabled did you have minor children?
• What were their ages?
• Did they or are they likely to loose educational opportunities due to financial hardship?
